Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment partners.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Domestic Shipping (United States)

— Standard shipping: 3–7 business days 

— Free shipping on orders over $50 

— Flat rate of $6.95 on orders under $50 

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. 

Food safety & handling 

Our products are shipped with care to preserve freshness. However, during extreme weather conditions (hot summers, cold winters), chocolate and other temperature-sensitive items may arrive slightly altered in appearance. This does not affect product quality or safety. 

For chocolate products: we recommend ordering during moderate weather months or selecting expedited shipping during summer to minimize exposure to heat. 

Order tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at fmunoz@mc-trading.net.

Delivery issues 

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out within 14 days of the ship date. 

Damaged packaging / products 

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at fmunoz@mc-trading.net. Do NOT discard the damaged product or packaging until we've resolved the issue.
